INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
When shipped outside the UK, KHAMSA items may be subject to import duties and taxes. KHAMSA does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
THE “SMALL PRINT”
KHAMSA ensures every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves the warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. We require a signature for all delivered goods; once you’ve signed for your items we’re no longer responsible for them. If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by KHAMSA
We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving your order, Saturday to Thursday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period. We’ll do our best though.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We’ve developed a reputation for quality and excellent value, and each sale we make continues to build that reputation. It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund by means of a gift card as long as the item is still in its original packaging, you contact us within seven days of purchase and send it back to us within 14 days of purchase. Original shipping fees are unfortunately not refundable.
We offer a courier collection service for all returns. There is a charge for this service, which will vary depending on the country you’re posting the package back from. This charge will be deducted from your refund automatically. We only offer free returns for defective items.

*Middle East includes Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Collection must be from the country and address of initial delivery.
All refunds will be credited to a KHAMSA gift card where you will then be able to spend your balance on our website.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. We only refund directly to a credit or debit card when the item is defective. When refunding to a credit or debit card, please note that it may take up to 5 days for the money to appear in your account. We can not give cash refunds, so when cash was used as the original payment method, the money will be refunded to a KHAMSA gift card and be send to you via email
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
Send an email to khamsa.co@gmail.com mentioning the order number and the reason for return.
We will respond to your request within two working days and if the item is still in its original packaging, will organise for your return item to be collected (please take note of the fee above)
Once your returned item has been received you will be sent a confirmation email with a 'gift card' credit if one is due to you.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a 'gift card' in the first instance and once processed, place a new order on our site for the item you’d like. We’re unable to directly exchange items.
